Hi Jenny,

Great Blog! I agree that you can never go wrong when you decide to get closer to your customers. At Stratascope, we just completed a field campaign for SAP that resulted in over 70,000 unique messages! Talk about customer-centric. We developed unique messages based on industry, target role, and market performance and combined it with unique peer comparisons for every piece that went out. We provided the information and comparisons while a company in your neck of the woods (The Kern Organization - LA) provided the design and fulfillment. Reach out to me if you would be interested in this type of approach for any of your clients.

Even when the economy is on the downside, niche-centric ideas and services still prevail
